The parallel cluster overhead insulated cable produced by our company fully meets the enterprise standard requirements of Q/YQL02-2016 Parallel Cluster Overhead Insulated Cable. It is suitable for parallel cluster overhead insulated cables with rated voltage of 0.6/1 kV and below, and can be widely used in low-voltage power distribution systems in cities and towns and rural areas.
Parallel cluster overhead insulated cable is a new type of 1 kV overhead insulated cable, which has the advantages of power cable line and overcomes the disadvantages of overhead line. Compared with the traditional three-phase four-wire overhead cable, the installation and laying cost of the whole line is slightly lower, which achieves the purpose of being economical and practical.
In the installation process, the line structure is simple and can pass through narrow roadways, thus reducing the contact contradiction between trees and lines, eliminating a large number of trees or pruning, and effectively protecting urban greening. At the same time, due to the parallel cluster combination of wires in installation and laying, the tensile force of products is multiplied compared with that of single wire, which reduces tower poles, greatly reduces the number of cross arms, porcelain pieces and hardware fittings, and greatly reduces construction costs due to less construction labor and time benefiting from simple construction and maintenance. At the same time, because of three-phase four-wire power supply, the unbalance of three-phase load in distribution is minimized, and the neutral line current is reduced, thus reducing resistance loss.
Because of the compact symmetrical split structure, the branch bridging is easy, and the variable capacity combination is convenient, so that the conductor inductance is reduced, the dielectric constant between lines is increased, the capacitance is increased, and the circuit reactance is greatly reduced, to realize the purpose of capacity expansion and loss reduction.
