This product is suitable for laying overhead lines with rated voltage of 10 kV and below, and can be widely used in urban and rural power distribution systems.

The overhead insulated cables produced by our company fully meet the national standard requirements of GB/T 12527 Aerial Insulated Cables of Rated Voltages up to and Including 1 kV and GB/T 14049 Aerial Insulated Cables for Rated Voltage of 10 kV, among which the core structure of reinforced overhead insulated cables refers to the national standard requirements of GB/T 1179 Round Wire Concentric Lay Overhead Electrical Stranded Conductors. This product is suitable for laying overhead lines with rated voltage of 10 kV and below, and can be widely used in urban and rural power distribution systems.
This product has the following characteristics:
1 The long-term allowable maximum working temperature of cable conductor is not over 90℃;
2 In case of short circuit (the longest duration is not more than 5 seconds), the maximum temperature of cable conductor is not higher than 250℃.
3 The DC resistance of the conductor conforms to the provisions of Table 3 in GB/T14049 and GB/T12527 standards.
4 Insulation resistance:
4.1 The insulation resistance of 10 kV cable with ordinary insulation structure shall not be less than 1,500 MΩ km at room temperature
4.2 The insulation resistance of 10 kV cable with light and thin insulation structure shall not be less than 1,000 MΩ km
4.3 The minimum insulation resistance of 1 kV cable at rated working temperature (90℃) is 0.34~0.67 MΩ km
5 AC voltage test: Apply power frequency voltage after soaking in water for one hour, and apply a voltage of 18 kV to 10 kV ordinary insulated cable for 1 minute, to have no breakdown; apply a voltage of 12 kV to 10 kV light thin insulated cable for 1 minute, to have no breakdown; and apply a voltage of 3.5 kV to 1 kV overhead insulated cable for 1 minute, to have no breakdown.
6 The tensile breaking force of the conductor conforms to the provisions of GB/T14049 and GB/T12527 standards.
7 When laying the cable, the ambient temperature shall not be lower than -20℃, and the bending radius of the cable shall not be less than 6D (D is the outer diameter of the cable).
