Control cable is suitable for control, monitoring circuit and protection circuit with AC rated voltage U0/U of 450/750V and below (the conductor for fixed laying is the first round solid conductor or the second round twisted conductor of GB/T3956; and the flexible cable conductor for mobile laying is the fifth flexible round stranded conductor of GB/T3956).
The performance of control cables produced by our company meets the requirements of national standards GB/T9330 Plastic Insulated Control Cables, GB/T 19666 General Rules for Flame Retardant and Fire Resistant Electric Wires and Cables for Optical Fiber Cables and IEC61034-2, a series of halogen-free, low-smoke, environment-friendly, flame retardant, fire-resistant, cold-resistant and waterproof cable cables have been formed. The long-term working temperature of PVC insulated PVC sheathed control cable conductor is 70℃, the long-term working temperature of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed control cable conductor is 90℃, and the long-term working temperature of XLPE insulated non-halogen low-smoke polyolefin sheathed control cable conductor is 90℃. In case of short circuit (the longest duration is no more than 5 seconds), the maximum temperature of cable conductor is not over: 160℃ for PVC insulation and 250℃ for XLPE insulation. The ambient temperature of cable laying shall not be lower than 0℃; the minimum bending radius shall not be less than 20D for single-core cable; and that shall not be less than 15D for multi-core cable (D is the outer diameter of cable).
