PVC/XLPE insulated wires of 450/750 V and below are suitable for home improvement, lighting, indoor wiring of household appliances, instruments and power plants, municipal (rural power grid reconstruction) projects of power grid companies, etc.

Our company has complete varieties and specifications of copper core PVC insulated cloth wire. Its performance fully conforms to GB/T5023 Polyvinyl Chloride Insulated Cables of Rated Voltages up to and Including 450/750 V, JB/T 8734 Polyvinyl Chloride Insulated Cables and Wires and Cords of Rated Voltages Up to and Including 450/750 V, JB/T10491 Cross-linked Polyolefin Insulated Wires and Cables with Rated Voltages Up to and Including 450/750 V, GB/T 19666 General Rules for Flame Retardant and Fire Resistant Electric Wires and Cables for Optical Fiber Cables and IEC 61034-2 National and Industry Standard. The copper conductor is annealed oxygen-free electrical round copper wire, and the aluminum wire is H4 electrical round aluminum wire in good condition. The resistance of the conductor meets the requirements of GB/T3956 Conductors of Insulated Cables. All products have passed spark test; and wire samples have tested at 2000~2500 V voltage for 5 minutes without breakdown. The insulation resistance of wires meets the above standards. The long-term permissible working temperature of PVC insulated wire conductor is 70℃, and the maximum temperature can reach 160℃ in short circuit (lasting less than 5 seconds). The long-term permissible operating temperature of the cross-linked polyolefin/irradiated cross-linked halogen-free low-smoke polyethylene insulated wire conductor is 90℃, and the maximum temperature can reach 250℃ during short circuit (the duration is less than 5 seconds).
