Performance of 70-year double-layer co-extruded insulated irradiation cross-linked halogen-free low-smoke flame retardant wire: The insulating layer material of the wire and cable is irradiation crosslinking halogen-free low smoke flame retardant polyolefin material, and the insulating layer processing technology adopts double-layer co-extrusion to produce insulating layer (i.e., the insulating layer of wire and cable is composed of two insulating layers, the color of the inner-layer silane cross-linked polyethylene is its natural color, and the outer layer is flame retardant silane cross-linked low smoke halogen-free insulating material for color separation), which has the advantage of over 70 years’ service life. Halogen-free low-smoke series wire and cable products have the following characteristics: Flame retardant silane cross-linked low-smoke halogen-free insulation material (environmental protection products) is used for external insulation.
