　　This letter of commitment provides a guarantee of quality and service from Yunnan Qianlie Cable Co., Ltd.:

　　1. All products manufactured by our company have obtained the National Industrial Product Production License, and our low-voltage wires are certified under the CCC standard. Every product is produced and inspected strictly in accordance with national standards or the technical specifications outlined in the tender documents, ensuring that 100% of our items leaving the factory meet premium quality requirements.

　　2. All products are guaranteed to be safe, brand-new, and unused, featuring advanced, proven technology, superior quality, and full compliance with national standards as well as the technical requirements specified by the tendering party. Each product comes with a manufacturer’s quality assurance certificate (or a certificate of conformity, along with the factory inspection report).

　　3. The warranty period for the contracted goods is 12 months from the date the goods pass acceptance and are put into operation, unless otherwise specified in the Special Terms.

　　4. The products delivered by our company are packaged according to national regulations, ensuring they can withstand long-distance transportation and repeated handling while preventing issues like moisture damage and scratches.

　　5. During the warranty period, our company will be responsible for any defects or quality issues arising from production, manufacturing processes, or material flaws, with the associated costs borne by us.

　　6. Our company guarantees to provide accurate and complete technical documentation as required by the tendering party, and will assign experienced technicians with advanced technical expertise to deliver on-site technical services. Should you request our company to provide on-site support, our technical staff ensures a response within 12 hours of receiving your notification, with arrival at the site no later than 24 hours thereafter.

　　7. We offer the "Three Guarantees" service for our products (repair, exchange, and refund). If quality issues arise unexpectedly during installation, our company will provide free assistance to repair the product on your behalf. Additionally, should any quality problems occur within the warranty period, we will promptly replace the product at no cost to you and cover all associated losses.

　　8. In the event of product quality issues, our company guarantees the following service response times: within the province, we’ll respond within 2 hours, arrive on-site within 6 hours, and resolve the issue within 12 hours; for customers outside the province, we’ll respond within 2 hours, reach the site within 12 hours, and complete the resolution within 24 hours.
